What kind of executive would Jesus be?

Ok, bear with me here... I'm not real sure where I am going with this. (I'm not even real sure where I'm starting with this.)
On Sunday Curt, the pastor of the church we attend, talked about reaching out and loving "them." Them can be anyone, maybe some one you have a hard time relating to, but before you can fix them you have to fix you. (You know, the whole plank in your brother's eye concept.) Well, Curt talked about being a positive force on the world. He mentioned how Jesus' version of the "golden rule" is the only one that focuses on doing rather than not doing. He went on to discuss turning your cheek, and giving your cloak if someone wants to take your tunic. I'm sure it's not too different than any sermon you may have heard on a similar topic, but this one got me to thinking: "How would that apply in the business world?" You see there is this guy that works with me. In the most Christian sense of the word, I can't stand him. Every chance he gets, he throws me under the bus-Brian-ism meaning to stab one in the back, or talk bad about one whenever you get the chance. So how should I respond to this guy? Should I let him kill my career every chance he gets? OR should I fight for my reputation and possible my livelihood?
Now, maybe I am being a little mellow-dramatic. He can't really affect my job security, but he can certainly affect my job satisfaction. In this dog-eat-dog world of corporate America, how does a Christian keep him/her self above the fray? How do you not get sucked-in? Would Jesus go over every line of every contract, even if it meant that HE might not get the sale? Of course not!
So, I guess the question is WKEWJB? What Kind of Executive Would Jesus Be?
